ERP Sales Associate
We are seeking talented and highly motivated technology sales professionals interested in a career path in software solutions and consulting sales. Candidates will learn key aspects of our business by performing an inside sales support role. In this role, candidates will be expected to research and target leads, qualify sales opportunities, and contact prospects via telephone and direct mail activities. Candidates are expected to gain an understanding of our products, services, industry, value proposition, and sales processes and become and integral part of our Sales Team. In this position you will spend most of your day researching and calling into prospective customers on the phone.

Aggressively prospect and pre-qualify leads through effective interaction with key decision makers throughout the client organization.

Employ a persistent, persuasive and aggressive approach in developing and working through a sizable lead database.

Responsible for generating and contacting prospects for ERP Accounting software in mid-market organizations within the Manufacturing, Distribution and Service verticals.

Responsible for generating and contacting prospects for Oracle Technology products and services as well as custom application development services.

Develop and maintain a CRM prospect database tracking prospects.

Participate in marketing programs such as electronic direct marketing campaigns, perform prospect and competitive research, and solicit participation in trade shows, seminars and other events.

In this position you will become familiar with Complex Sales and Solution Selling techniques and develop greater skills at selling software solutions and consulting services

Work under time constraints to achieve activity targets and quotas.

No travel is expected for this position.
Qualifications:
-
Qualified candidates will have 0-3 years of direct sales experience.

Education: BS/BA, Business, Marketing or related discipline

Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal, and time management skills
- Excellent phone skills (articulate), able to handle large volume of cold-calling type phone calls everyday

Must be able to work independently and in a team environment

Must be well organized, self-motivated, entrepreneurial and sales driven

Must have strong personal computer skills and experienced with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Outlook and Power Point applications

Knowledge of the ERP software (Financial, Manufacturing, Project Accounting and Distribution systems) or software industry experience a plus
- An excellent understanding of accounting and business processes is a plus
